By participating in the beta test of [MOBYL], you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the beta test.
2. Purpose of Beta Test
The primary purpose of this beta test is to identify potential issues, receive feedback, and improve the performance and reliability of [MOBYL].
3. Confidentiality
All information about [MOBYL], including its features and functionality, is confidential. Companies agree not to disclose any details about the software to third parties without prior written consent from [MOBYL].
4. Feedback and Data
Companies agree to provide feedback on the performance of the software, including reporting any issues or bugs. [MOBYL] may collect usage data to improve the software.
5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The beta version of [MOBYL] is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. [MOBYL K.K] will not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of the software.
6. Termination
[MOBYL K.K] reserves the right to end the beta test at any time. Participating companies can also choose to exit the beta test at any time.
7. No Charges
The beta test is provided free of charge. However, this does not imply that the final version of [MOBYL] will be free.
8. Modifications to Terms
[MOBYL K.K] reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participating companies will be notified of any changes.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements or understandings regarding the beta test.
